• Manage and keep record of service requests log, as well as pre/post tests and other reports.
• Contact Consultants and coordinate service dates and delivery of materials.
• Provide general support to educational consultants, school administrators, answering phone calls, emails or any other verbal or written communication.
• Responsible for implementing office policies by following up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office and services.
• Offering technical assistance thru Zoom or in-person.
• Ensuring all required documentation is in order before and after services.
• Work and analyze service documents as reports, invoices, among others, for the presentation of services invoice to the PRDE.
Requisitos Requirements• Ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who is able to lead and deliver in a fast-paced environment while maintaining careful attention to detail.
• The individual must be highly organized, and a strong communicator who can effectively multitask and prioritize as needs evolve.
• Strong computer systems aptitude in all MS Office Application’s and Adobe Acrobat
• Proven ability to navigate effectively and across Internet, social media and virtual platforms.
• Experience in Invoicing and Bookkeeping is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
