Migra 411 is a fast-growing law firm with offices in the state of Georgia. We specialize in immigration law and are seeking highly motivated and qualified attorneys to join our dynamic team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate legal and case strategy.
Manage multiple cases and deadlines.
Prepare and revise legal and court documents.
Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and memoranda.
Stay informed on legislative changes and case law.
Represent clients before USCIS and EOIR.
Handle court hearings and trials.
Market the firm’s services.
Requisitos RequirementsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school (required).
Active Bar License in good standing from any U.S. state or Puerto Rico (required).
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Fluent in Spanish and English (required).
Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration law.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple priorities.
