DescripciónDescriptionAs the Field Operations Manager, you will drive the execution of an innovative program in Aguadilla, blending logistics, community engagement, and program management. Reporting to the President and Chief Program Officer, you will oversee workshops, training sessions, and events while coordinating scheduling, venue setup, and resource allocation. You’ll track deliverables, monitor progress, and ensure goals are met, working closely with the Outreach Coordinator, Program Assistant, and Program Coordinator. Responsibilities include facilitating team meetings, building relationships with local organizations, recruiting participants, and acting as the key contact for community partners.
Requisitos RequirementsDemonstrated experience in program execution, logistics management, or operations coordination.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Passion for community development and the ability to inspire and work collaboratively with others.
Fluency in English and Spanish is required; experience with compliance and federal grant reporting is a plus.
