Responsible for: Customer Service, Sales & Product knowledge, Merchandising, Cash handling & POS operations
Requisitos Requirements• Previous retail experience, preferably in the sports or specialty running industry.
• Passion for running and a solid understanding of running gear, footwear, and apparel.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and personalized shopping experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and POS operations.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
