? Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues and repairs to boat owners.
? Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
? Stay current with the latest marine technology and attend manufacturer training courses as required.
? Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of projects and high standards of workmanship.
Requisitos RequirementsQualifications:
? Certification in Mercury engine repair and maintenance.
? Proven experience as a Marine Mechanic with a focus on Mercury engines.
? In-depth knowledge of marine electronics and electrical systems.
