Provide work incentives planning services to social security beneficiaries or as assigned by the WIPA Coordinator, obtain, and evaluate comprehensive information about a beneficiary with a disability on background information, employment and earnings, resources, Federal, State, and local benefits, Health insurance, Work expenses, Work Incentives, and Service(s) and supports.
Assess the potential impacts of employment and other changes on a beneficiary's Federal, State, and local benefits eligibility and overall financial wellbeing.
Develop a comprehensive framework of possible options available to a beneficiary and projected results for each as part of the career development and employment process.

Requisitos Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in related area.
Fully bilingual (written and spoken).
Previous experience working with people with disabilities and proven commitment and sensibility towards this group.
Complete the fingerprinting requirement and full background check that must ultimately be approved by the Social Security Administration (SSA).
Demonstrate communication and public speaking skills (in Spanish and English) as well as the capability to sustain excellent interpersonal relationships that facilitate teamwork.
Complete knowledge of the use of computers, internet, and Microsoft Office programs, as well as the ability to work with any additional program imposed by SSA.
Ability to travel across Puerto Rico, including Vieques and Culebra.
Willingness to travel to the U.S. Virgen Islands (St. Thomas, St. John, and St. Croix).
Ability to complete and approve the SSA required training to obtain the CWIC certification.
