Function in multiple roles that support the performance of the store’s experience. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of order processing within a company. This position involves monitoring and verifying the fulfillment of customer orders, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring that all orders comply with company policies and customer specifications. Responsible for troubleshooting optimally and then resolving and/or following up on internal customer issues. Operate various internal tools and systems, terminal consoles, and peripheral devices, and maintain time critical daily, weekly, and monthly records with a high degree of detail and accuracy

Requisitos Requirements
Requirements:
Associate degree in related field preferred.
At least one year of experience in customer service position.
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English).
Outstanding influencing and persuasion skills.
Able to strive in a fast-paced, structured, multifaceted, and high-transaction environment, with the ability to provide excellent internal customer service.
Computer knowledge, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Power BI).
Work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).
Work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate what may be required.
