As a Commission Specialist, you will be responsible for the Sales Commission process and calculation. This includes maintenance of Liberty’s commission software, review of the commission structure to reflect changes in the business, analyses of sales performance and commission cost efficiencies, meeting with internal and external partners, and SOX Compliance. Responsible for the sales commission, incentives, and bonus calculation of Liberty Business to Consumer (B2C), Business to Business (B2B), and Fixed products.

Bachelor’ Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Three to six years of experience in financial analysis or accounting position.
Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
Outstanding electronic spreadsheet construction skills (Excel).
Computer-literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English).
