Professional work that consists of overseeing program deployment, write and edit reports and manuscripts. Develop and monitor reports and work with funding agencies. This role demands a highly organized and proactive individual with advanced administrative skills. Oversee the day-to-day operations of training programs, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any issues that arise.

Requisitos Requirements
Master’s degree in business administration (MBA). ECHO certified, preferable.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in a health-related field. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in data analysis. Excellent time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English/Spanish). Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft 365 and databases. Demonstrate ability to work both independently and cooperatively as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to serve a diverse population and apply an equity lens to this position including social justice, inclusion and anti-racism. Subject to external funds.
