We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Bilingual Household Manager & Personal Assistant to support our home and personal life in Miramar, Puerto Rico. This part-time role (minimum of twenty hours per week, with the possibility of expanding to full-time) requires fluency in both Spanish and English. The ideal candidate will not only coordinate household services but also perform hands-on tasks to maintain an organized and efficient home environment. This role requires someone who is highly reliable, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently.

Requisitos Requirements
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in household management, personal assistance, or a similar role.
• Experience in Specific Settings: Experience working in home or office settings providing personal support, managing household activities, and coordinating with service providers.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g., Google Calendar, Google Docs) and Mac systems is preferred.
• Soft Skills and Characteristics:
- Proven track record of excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- High degree of discretion and professionalism in managing confidential information.
- Ability to think ahead, anticipate needs, and solve problems proactively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills with a focus on clear, direct, and positive interactions.
