Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact: Answer phones, take messages, and greet clients and visitors with a smile.
Communication guru: Respond to emails and manage mail correspondence efficiently.
Organizational whiz: Perform data entry, filing tasks, and manage the inventory of office supplies.
Meeting maestro: Assist with the coordination of meeting needs and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Jack of all trades: Perform other clerical tasks as needed to support our team.
Requisitos RequirementsRequirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Office Systems, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
Knowledge: Familiarity with office management systems and procedures, working knowledge of office equipment, and proficiency in MS Office.
