We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our client an industry leader in Puerto Rico. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the corporation.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Management: Draft, format, and prepare necessary administrative documents with precision.
Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, directing them to appropriate personnel as needed.
Scheduling: Manage your supervisor’s calendar meticulously, ensuring the coordination of meetings, activities, and office services.
File Organization: Maintain and update case files systematically, ensuring all information is current and accessible.
Requisitos RequirementsRequired Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably within a legal setting.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using office equipment and standard software applications.
