Requisitos RequirementsQualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
List knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.
Computer literate. Hands-on experience on computer programs, such as MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with ability to interface well with other departments, and
lead operators effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing plant setting.
Strong writing skills and ability to prepare reports, write business correspondence and procedure
manuals in English.
Able to effectively prepare and present information and respond to questions.
Ability to understand GMPs and other regulatory guidelines applicable to the medical/pharmaceutical
industry.
Strong analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Must be able to work rotating shift & weekends
