DescripciónDescriptionA Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout. This role also involves maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
We are seeking candidates with one or more years of progressive experience in customer service or a related field. An Associate Degree in a relevant area is preferred. Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Excel, is essential. Candidates must be bilingual in Spanish and English. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
Requisitos RequirementsFlexibility in work hours is sometimes required, including the potential for long shifts, weekends and holidays. The position involves light work, with the ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally. Candidates must be able to stand for the entire shift.
Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functions.
