The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for supervising all the operation of the Housekeeping Department in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service. Ensure that all the rooms are clean and in a safe environment throughout their stay, while efficiently managing expenses and maximizing service levels of all employees.

Requisitos Requirements
A candidate must meet one of the following qualifications: a four-year college degree with one year of related management experience; a two-year college degree with two or more years of related management experience; or at least three years of progressive experience in a resort, hotel, or related field. Supervisory experience is required. Proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel is essential, while knowledge of PMS systems is preferred. The candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English and possess CPR and AED certification. This position requires medium work, involving the exertion of up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. The ability to walk and/or stand for the duration of the shift is necessary, along with an understanding of hospitality terms. Flexibility for long hours, including holidays, is sometimes required.
