Plan, organize, control the functions and distribution of info across internal/external parties; Analysis of claims data, investigate potential opportunities; Perform root cause analysis; Prioritize needs; Development of KPI’s, dashboards and scorecards; Support ad hoc reporting requests; Oversees the day-to-day operations; Validate business logic and document sources of data; Reporting/Querying testing/development; Provide team direction required for meeting the objectives; Communicate results including presentations to reflect methods used and key decision points; Collaborate with project stakeholders in the development of key Decision Support initiatives; Develop processes for data collection, mining, and standardization; Identify proper use of analytics tools; Lead in the planning, design, and creation of reports, Dashboards and Scorecards.

Requisitos Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistical Analysis, Healthcare Management or related field. Twenty-four (24) months of experience in a role requiring information analysis & various forms of report deliverables. Experience in a pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) and proficiency in the following technical skills: SAS, Oracle PL/SQL, IBM DB2, Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server, XML, C#, C++, R, Scala, JCL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft Visio, UML, ASP.NET, Microsoft Excel is required.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment. Work with business owners to identify and address data quality issues; Determmine appropriate data warehouse architecture and data modeling designs. Assure the integrity of data, including extraction, storage, manipulation, processing, analysis; Verify the completeness, timeliness/accuracy of data warehouse info.
