Duties & Responsibilities:
Educating customers on product/service features, conducting product/service
demonstrations, leading sales calls and identifying new leads.
Crafting a winning sales price quote. Closing sales and achieving sales targets,
regular tracking and reporting of your team.
Researching customers and accounts and following up with customers to maintain or build.
Negotiating sales terms: negotiate customized packages with customers. They
may discuss product amounts, rates, or service terms before agreeing on a sale.
Collaborating with sales executives and commercial team. Liaise with clients,
suppliers, and transport companies.
Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
Staying informed about competing products/services.

Requisitos Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, and experience in logistics/supply chain or related field.
•1 to 2 years of experience in coordination of shipments (Air freight, ocean freight, FCL, LTL).
•Advance knowledge in documentation Quotes and BL, shipments process, SURI System and any other related documentation to logistics and distribution industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office. (Excell & pie graphs or charts, intermediate level is
a plus)
Excellent cold calling skills and exceptional customer success skills. (You run your
own script.)
Attentive to details, you see the macro and the micro. (Your internal psychic lets
you anticipate customer’s needs)
Ability to achieve targets and provide results as expected by operational
priorities.
Bilingual: Able to speak and write in English and Spanish.
