*Coordinate shipping logistics to island wide
*Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, faxes, mail and packages
*Submitting work orders and scheduling repairs for general office space and equipment
*Ordering repairs for office equipment and maintenance, connecting with and escorting vendors
Requisitos Requirements* 1-2 Years experience in customer service
* Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills.
* Full Bilingual
* Willing to work with patience and professionalism and under pressure
* Bachelor's degree in Business and Administration or Marketing
