DescripciónDescription JOB SUMMARY The Orders Management Coordinator is fully responsible for processing doctors’ orders (all disciplines) and plan of care (485), and well as tracking all returned and signed order into the system. The Care Management Coordinator is the liaison between the Care Management Team and the Billing Audit Clerk and will work with the Billing Audit Clerk to ensure all orders are in the system timely for processing of final bills and end of episode claims. In this position it may be required to fill in as Care Coordinator in the Care Management team when necessary and be responsible for providing administrative support for the Home Care team, led by the Clinical Manager, as needed and will coordinate all assignments (assigns admissions, per diem visits, extra case managed visits and contract agency staff) for specific disciplines for the Agency. Requisitos Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS High school diploma, GED or recognized Two (2) years of general clerical experience. Must be able to lift and move boxes and other items weighting up to 30 pounds. Office environment; exposure to computer screens. Requires maintaining physical condition necessary for sitting and/or standing for prolonged periods of time. A minimum of six months of health care experience mandatory, Home Health experience preferred. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work. Projecting a courteous, patient, helpful and positive attitude when dealing with health plan and payor sources. Evaluating questions/inquiries and making appropriate responses Operating standard office equipment, including personal computer Telephone Skills. Verbal Communication. Listening and follow instructions. Able to work under pressure and timelines Team work
