Generate, coordinate, manage, supervise and implement current effective strategies to improve dealers’ sales, services and parts procedures and processes (but not limited to) focusing on the customer satisfaction in order to promote customer experience and increase dealers’ profitability and performance while ensuring the current brand guidelines are being applied. This position is accountable for the continuous improvement of process capability and capacity.

Requisitos Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration
Related experience in process improvement, service process or project management.
Knowledge in Hyundai branding.
Requires fluent speaking, reading and writing documents in English and Spanish.
