What’s a typical day as a Purchasing/Procurement Coordinator? You’ll be:
• Responsible for planning, expediting, and managing orders to drive productivity and support Oracle R12 transition
• Researching and analyzing data to address operational challenges and order management issues
• Using computerized systems for order management, tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting
• Developing and supporting systems and processes to streamline tasks, improve operational efficiencies, and elevate the customer experience
• Communicating effectively with the DT and Warehouse Team to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
• Performing other related duties as assigned by the Manager

Requisitos Requirements
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have a Bachelor's degree in Business or any other related field
• Have 2+ years of experience in purchasing/procurement or order management support
• Are fully bilingual
• Have a strong knowledge of PC, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Have the ability to work in a matrix environment supporting Commercial, Supply Chain, and Warehouse
• Are an analytical thinker with the ability to work with all levels within the organization
• Have excellent planning, fulfillment, and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment
