Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
Supervise and support the sales team in prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales opportunities.
Monitor the sales team performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports and analysis to the management team.
Manage and supervise affiliate accounts and partnerships to maximize sales opportunities and broaden the company's reach.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, and other strategic partners and use the insights to update our sales strategies
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Apply these insights to adjust and strengthen our sales strategies.

Requisitos Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and marketing roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales and marketing plans effectively.
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
Familiarity with the tourism industry and various tour activities is a plus.
Experience managing affiliate accounts and partnerships is preferred.
