Title: Equipment Coordinator
Location: Hato Rey, Puerto Rico
Length of Contract: 6 months (2 days a week from 8:00am to 5:00pm)
Position Description:
RCM is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Equipment Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our telecommunications client. The Equipment Coordinator will play a crucial role in maintaining the inventory of mobile equipment and ensuring timely and efficient distribution to client's employees.
Responsibilities:
Maintain inventory of mobile equipment.
Call employees to deliver equipment
Collect damaged equipment and replace it.
Deliver documents for signatures (Equipment delivery receipt)
Document delivery of equipment in inventory system.

Requisitos RequirementsQualifications:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability to actively listen, empathize, and build rapport with employees from diverse backgrounds. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify root causes of employee concerns and find solutions. Proficiency in MS Office Suite Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A positive and professional demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
Education & Certifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent. However, having an associate degree is a must. Fields of Study: Information Technology, Business Administration or related fields.
