Reporting to the IT Applications Manager, this position will be responsible as a supporting role in the implementation, development, integration, upgrades/releases, documentation, training, and ongoing operation of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Anthology CRM) and the contact center application, among other business applications as requested (Velocify Lead Management, Docusign, MS SharePoint, Softdocs).
This position is also responsible for ensuring the system complies with all regulatory standards set by this institution, accrediting body(s), and federal regulations.
This individual will work closely with members of the IT Applications Team and the business to ensure it is functioning at optimal performance.
A high-level skill set of interoffice communication and networking skills is also a requirement. This person should thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving work environment.

Requisitos Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
At least 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Power Platform experience (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate).
Experience with MS SQL Server and Azure.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
Technical support experience.
