Responsibilities:
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure successful implementation of process improvements and new practices and behaviors.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define project objectives, establish (KPIs), and prioritize initiatives based on strategic goals.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis using statistical tools and techniques to identify root causes of process variation and develop data-driven solutions.
• Design and implement measurement systems to track project progress, monitor performance metrics.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in Six Sigma methodologies and best practices, providing consultation and support as needed.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in process improvement and quality management.
• Lead and mentor Black Belts and Green Belts in executing Six Sigma projects.

Requisitos Requirements
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, statistics, or related field.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification from a recognized accreditation body (e.g., ASQ, IASSC) required; Master Black Belt certification highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality assurance, or related roles, with a strong background in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process improvement.
• Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical manufacturing (e.g., FDA CFR Part 210/211, ICH guidelines) and experience working in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge in interactive data visualization software tools (i.e. Microsoft Power Bi)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels.
