Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to executives, which includes organizing schedules, arranging meetings, invoicing, accounting and reviewing materials. Act as point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and effective communication globally. Oversee daily office operations in San Juan. Role will also involve assisting with budget management and reviewing legal documents, reports, and presentations to uphold accuracy and quality standards.

Excellent English & Spanish verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with high-profile clients and partners globally.
