DescripciónDescriptionThe case processing staff will be in charge of processing assigned cases, making follow-up calls and sending letters to the credit bureaus and maintaining evidence of this in the corresponding file. They will perform clerical and administrative work including, but not limited to, answering the telephone and routing incoming phone calls, processing cases, data entry, requesting information and documents from the client, photocopying cases and developing reports, metrics compliance, among others.
The employee will be responsible for advising, providing direct service to the client and processing the cases that come to the company so that the relevant documentation can be sent in a timely manner. The employee's work and efficiency will be evaluated based on the results obtained with respect to the implemented metrics.
Requisitos RequirementsAssociate's degree in business administration from an institution, college or university accredited by the Council of Higher Education or corresponding entity in Puerto Rico or the United States of America.
One (1) year of experience in the related area.
Good verbal and written command of the Spanish language and be able to read, write, understand and speak English.
Knowledge and experience in the use of computer programs.
