DescripciónDescriptionWe are looking for a responsible Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks like provide support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities, keep all company permits up to date, preparing reports and maintain appropriate filing systems. To work full time, from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm at our office located at Trujillo Alto. The ideal candidate should have knowledge on Peachtree, payroll review, filled out documents at CFSE and knowledge on demolition, asbestos and lead permits. If you have previous experience as Office Manager or as Administrative Assistant and familiarity within our industry (demolition or construction), we’d like to meet you.
Requisitos RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Office Administration or related area
Proven experience of more than 2 years as an office manager or administrative assistant
Experience in construction company (preferred)
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook, in particular) and knowledge of Peachtree
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Human resources and accounting knowledge preferable.
