DescripciónDescription1. Responsible for the performance and compliance of all environmental and emergency response programs applicable to the operations.
2. Evaluate and approve environmental and emergency response Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
3. Create, establish, and maintain policies, programs, reports and standard operating procedures in the environmental area, such as air program, waste management, chemical management, WWTP SOPs, SPCC, and SWPPP.
4. Develop and offer employee training and communications following Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS), Local and Federal Environmental Law, EPA, EQB and any other environmental guidelines and emergency response.
5. Keeps abreast with law, regulations, standards and EHS corporate guidelines related to environmental and emergency response affairs to assure compliance.
6. Make sure all associates comply with HSE guidelines and applicable laws.
