DescripciónDescriptionProvide Customer Service assistance in a call center station.
Monitor daily cash activity, monthly reconciliations, ATH Movil transactions, Credit card payments, proper cash management following the stablished procedures.
Provide support to reconciling, register cash receipts and deposits matching.
Review systems subscriptions and cancellations.
Provide support to maintain client's account, documentation & follow-up.
Supports the month end closing activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Requisitos RequirementsMust be at least 21 years old.
3+ years general customer services and/or bookkeeping experience.
Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with all departments and all levels of employees. Maintains confidentiality and handles all interactions with diplomacy and tact.
Works with a sense of urgency - independently and with minimal supervision
Must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver’s license, as required.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
