Program Manager will be responsible for the project implementation following the Director’s project approach and grant guidelines. Requisitos Requirements
Master or Doctorate in behavioral health with at least 3 years of experience working in behavioral or social services management. Preferably with experience working with Hispanic and Latino Population living in the US. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. Outstanding coordination abilities, organizing multiple tasks, time management, and personnel supervision skills. Ensure consistency, continuity, and linkages in the project activities coordination and implementation. Demonstrated ability to meet and manage multiple deadlines. Robust analytical, managerial and interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, team environment. Must be able to prepare clear, sound, accurate, and informative reports. Ability to participate in cohesive workgroups while also able to work independently with minimum supervision. Ability to work well with a variety of individuals with diverse cultural and educational backgrounds throughout the country.
