Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Tasks include contacting clients and potential clients to offer company products and company services..
• Perform administrative tasks as required
• Store, record, and analyze prospects/client data and information using MS Office applications
• Follow-up with prospects/clients on orders and inquiries
• Handle additional duties as requested.
• Work with warehouse personnel directly following up in order deliveries and processes
• Able to accept extra assignments as requested
• Computer knowledge required to manage sales data, inventories, product listing, client/prospects product offer

Responsible and Organized. Candidate must establish work priorities, be adaptable/flexible to multiple tasks, compose internal/external correspondence and other documentation in a professional manner; express ideas constructively, actively listen to others, manage time efficiently to meet deadlines, display a cooperative attitude, follow all company, job specific and safety policies/procedures and attend/use all required training.
Intermediate knowledge with Microsoft Office appl
Fully Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Full-Time Position: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
