The Project Manager role is both strategic and technical. At the strategic level they are responsible for activities such as setting goals for the team, hiring engineers for the organization, and managing engineering projects. From a technical point of view, they will often be involved with developing new products for the organization.
They will also be expected to provide expert engineering guidance within the organization in areas such as testing, operation manual, and quality's. This often includes providing training and leadership.
Overseeing front-end and back-end development projects.
Monitoring internal systems for performance and reliability.
Working with management and production teams to determine potential requirements for projects.
Maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensuring compliance with security and legal requirements

Requisitos Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
At least 8years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on all project cycle
Strong knowledge of project management principles and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
