DescripciónDescriptionOur Client is a Private Equity Fund investment company with local & international operations. The Associate will carry out financial, human resource, legal, and market diligence, and interact with the management of potential portfolio companies’ business objectives and details of financial plans and market strategies. Analyze financial information from existing and potential portfolio companies, the fund invests, & operational budgets are being met. Review portfolio company investments, financial statements, and plans regularly. Interview clients to determine their current income, expenses, insurance coverage, tax status, financial objectives, risk tolerance, and other information needed to develop a financial plan. Implementation of financial planning, recommendations, or refer clients to someone who can assist them with plan implementation.
Requisitos RequirementsA top individual with a BS major in finance from recognized universities; An MBA degree, is not required, definitely a plus; Strategic thinking; inherent analytical and management proficiency; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; In-depth and technical knowledge in finance with good business sense. Wide-ranging knowledge working with all MS Office programs. Prior experience in research, forecasting, and finance modeling platforms. Experience working in a similar position (minimum of 2 to a maximum of 4 years after BS Graduation) in a private equity firm, investment banking, corporate bank, consulting firm, or in a merger and acquisition division of a corporation. Superior oral & written proficiency in English and speaking Spanish is required.
