6. recoger, publicar, enviar por correo electrónico o de alguna manera transmitir ningún contenido que infringe cualquier patente, marca, secreto de compañía, derecho de autor o cualquier otro derecho de propiedad intelectual;


7. recoger, publicar, enviar por correo electrónico o de alguna manera transmitir ningún anuncio no solicitado o no autorizado como materiales promocionales, junk mail, spam (el enviar correo electrónico no solicitado en masa y genérico), cartas en cadena Chain letter, esquemas de pirámide pyramid schemes, o cualquier forma de solicitación no autorizada;


8. recoger, publicar, enviar por correo electrónico o de alguna manera transmitir ningún material que contenga virus electrónicos o cualquier otro tipo de código de computadora, archivo o programa diseñado para interrumpir, destruir o limitar el funcionamiento normal de cualquier programa de computadoras o equipo de computadoras o equipo de telecomunicaciones;


9. interferir con o interrumpir el Servicio o los servidores o redes networks conectados al Servicio, desobedecer los requisitos, procedimientos, políticas o regulaciones de las redes conectadas al Servicio;

3. impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to ClasificadosOnline officials, forum leaders, guides, or in any way falsely represent any affiliation with a person or entity;


4. forge headers or otherwise manipulate advertisements and identifications in order to mislead the origin of content transmitted by the Service;


5. collect, post, email or otherwise transmit any content to which you do not have the right by law, contract or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary or confidential information obtained under employment agreements or relationships);


6. collect, post, email or otherwise transmit any content that infringes any patent, trademark, company secret, copyright or any other intellectual property right;


7. collect, post, email or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising such as promotional materials, junk mail, spam (the sending of unsolicited mass generic email), chain letters, pyramid schemes pyramid schemes, or any form of unauthorized solicitation;


8. collect, post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains electronic viruses or any other type of computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the normal functioning of any computer program or computer equipment or telecommunications equipment;


9. interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, disobey the requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;


10. intentionally or unintentionally violate any local, state, national or international law, including but not limited to regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any national law or regulation of any other agency of exchange, including but not limited to, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange, the NASDAQ, and any other regulation enforceable by law;


11. harass, pursue, annoy, stalk other individuals; or


12. collect or store personal information of other users.

ClasificadosOnline.com has been effective by providing relevant content to those who search. The buyer and user experience is affected by seeing a large number of repeated ads. You should not repeat ads in different categories. You cannot maintain more than one active listing for the same item or property.

9. INDEMNIZACIÓN

a) The advertiser is fully responsible for any legal liability that arises in relation to (i) content and material published on ClasificadosOnline and other websites and/or (ii) all content or material to which users may reach by linking through from ClasificadosOnline. The advertiser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClasificadosOnline its officers, directors, agents, affiliates, employees, from claims, legal actions, liabilities, losses, expenses, damages and costs without limitation (including legal expenses) that may arise from claims, legal actions arising from (a) libel, defamation, violation of privacy or publicity rights, copyright, copyright, trademark rights or violation of agreements with third parties, fraud, promotion ;n false, false representation, production failures or violation of laws, statutes, or ordinances, rules around the world related to promotion in ClasificadosOnline; (b) caused by any breach of contract with Advertiser or warranty or representation; or (c) related to contaminated files originating from the advertiser's programming.

10. NO RE-VENTA DEL SERVICIO

Usted accede a no reproducir, duplicar, copiar, vender, revender, o explotar para propósitos comerciales, cualquier porción del Servicio, uso del Servicio, o acceso al Servicio.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit for any commercial purposes any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.

11. TERMINACION

This termination may be carried out without prior notice and knowledge and that ClasificadosOnline may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all information related to your files or your account and/or may prevent any future access to these files. You agree that ClasificadosOnline is not responsible to you or any third party for any termination of this Service.

You agree that ClasificadosOnline is not responsible for any damages or losses in any way associated with the result of any of these transactions.

17. GENERAL INFORMATION

El TDS constituye un acuerdo entre usted y ClasificadosOnline y gobierna el uso del Servicio, sobreponiéndose a acuerdos anteriores entre usted y ClasificadosOnline. Usted pudiera estar sujeto a otros términos y condiciones cuando utiliza otros servicios en la red de Internet. El TDS y la relación entre ClasificadosOnline y usted sujeto a las leyes del Estado Libre Asociado de Puerto Rico. Usted y ClasificadosOnline acceden a someterse a la jurisdicción del Tribunal General de Justicia del Estado Libre Asociado de PR, Sala de San Juan.  En el caso de que ClasificadosOnline no ejercite o reclame cualquier derecho o provisión del TDS, esto no constituirá una renuncia ('waiver') de ese derecho o provisión. Si cualquier provisión del TDS es encontrada inválida por una corte con jurisdicción competente, las partes envueltas acordarán que la Corte debe darle validez a las intenciones de las partes envueltas como reflejadas en la provisión, o provisiones del TDS que permanezcan con fuerza y efectividad. Usted accede a reportar cualquier reclamo o causal relacionado al uso del Servicio o el TDS no más tardar de un (1) año después de ocurrir el reclamo o causal.

The TOS constitutes an agreement between you and ClasificadosOnline and governs your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and ClasificadosOnline. You may be subject to other terms and conditions when you use other services on the Internet network. The TOS and the relationship between ClasificadosOnline and you are subject to the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. You and ClasificadosOnline agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the General Court of Justice of the Commonwealth of PR, San Juan Chamber.  In the event that ClasificadosOnline does not exercise or claim any right or provision of the TOS, this will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision of the TOS is found invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the parties involved will agree that the Court must give validity to the intentions of the parties involved as reflected in the provision, or provisions of TOS that remain strong and effective. You agree to report any claim or cause related to the use of the Service or the TOS no later than one (1) year after the claim or cause occurs..
