Responsibilities
Perform general office duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing mail
Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and inventory
Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
Support with proofreading documents for accuracy
Manage calendars and schedule appointments
Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
Assist with office management tasks as needed

Requisitos Requirements
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous
Experience as a dental receptionist or front desk clerk is beneficial
