The selected person will be responsible for executing processes of coordination and implementation of activities in harmony with requirements of grants and work plans of IRESA. Ensure objectives of sponsored projects are successfully and efficiently met within appropriate timelines. Facilitate collaboration and communication among key stakeholders, including local/state/federal government officials is required.

Requisitos Requirements
Master's degree or bachelor's degree in the area of Behavioral Health (psychology, counseling, social work) with knowledge in the substance use field. Preferably, with the ability to lead technical assistance within teams on a tailored basis for local providers, focusing on prevention, treatment, and recovery support services that match evidence-based interventions; conducting needs assessments; and providing web-based team meetings. Own vehicle in good condition. Availability to move to different areas of PR and USVI, including the USA when required. Excellent communication skills and focused on achieving objectives. Speak and write in the English language. Flexibility to make adjustments to the schedule, if necessary. Must be able to work under minimal supervision. Demonstrate ability to work both independently and cooperatively as part of a team.
