Requisitos Requirements Bachelor�s degree in Civil Engineering. Professional Engineer (PE) license is advantageous. Extensive experience in civil construction management. Proficiency with project management software and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent negotiation and decision-making abilities.
