The Human Resources Clerk will deal with the group of people who make up the workforce within the company. Responsible for assesses the employment needs of the company and tries to meet them.Responsible to create and examines job descriptions and qualifications to determine applicant requirements and uses a variety of methods, such as media, Internet job sites and employment agencies to locate qualified candidates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES:
Partnering with HR Director and Managers to determine staffing needs
Screening resumes
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Provides administrative and human resource function support.
Requisitos - Requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
BA degree in Human Resources
The HR Clerk must be a team player and ability to work in a fast paced work environment.
Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions, carry out clerical procedures, speak and write simply and directly, observe differences in copy and proofread words and numbers quickly and accurately.
Effectively collaborate with a variety of people and job functions. Fluency in Microsoft Windows (excel, word and power point. Fully Bilingual (english/spanish).
