Requisitos - Requirements
Bachelors' Degree in Accounting. MBA or CPA is a plus. At least five years of experience as a Controller or Accounting Manager. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Comprehensive knowledge of the accounting cycle. Strong ability to deal with banking and government relationships, both at the local and federal level. Availability to travel on short notice and to work long hours to achieve results.
