Assures continuous production in sterilization area, loading and unloading sterilization vessels on time to avoid downtime. Repairs and maintains sterilizers and mechanical equipment in the sterilization area. Perform all duties with strict observance to Safety Regulations, cGMP's, cSOPs, cGDP's and other internal and external regulations. Fills documentation and reports at sterilized vessels. Perform preventive maintenance to the sterilizers. Repairs or replaces defective parts. Repairs electrical equipment. Performs calibrations to instruments and trouble shoots control panel area. Installs special functional and structural parts in devices. Takes the samples of the process. Loads, unloads and product movement on sterilization trucks. Creates purchase order for parts and machines. Sets up and operates lathe, drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts.

Requisitos - Requirements
Associate degree in Electronics or Instrumentation with one (1) year of related experience in the steam sterilization area. Able to work within minimum supervision and handle multiple tasks. Teamwork oriented.
Ability to communicate, read, write and understand English/Spanish languages. Forklift experience.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (with the appropriate safety equipment). Specific vision abilities required by this job. Able to use standard; small precision tools; soldering equipment.
Available to work Holidays, extra hours, or any shift when required (e.g. Shutdowns, external audits-FDA, ISO 9002, Corporate-, special projects). Available to work night shift: 10 pm- 6am or 11pm-7am plus weekend. Temporary contract 3 months 26140-3
