Responsibilities:
? Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics of Mercury outboard and inboard engines.
? Perform routine maintenance and complex repairs on Mercury engines and drive systems.
? Troubleshoot and repair marine electronic and electrical components, including GPS, sonar, lighting, and onboard computer systems.
? Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues and repairs to boat owners.
? Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
? Stay current with the latest marine technology and attend manufacturer training courses as required.
? Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of projects and high standards of workmanship.
Requisitos - Requirements
Qualifications:
? Certification in Mercury engine repair and maintenance.
? Proven experience as a Marine Mechanic with a focus on Mercury engines.
? In-depth knowledge of marine electronics and electrical systems.
? Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
? Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
? Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
? Physical fitness to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy objects.
? Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
