Descripcion
Responsible to receive assign cases as applicable and send FMLA, STD and LTD packages to claimants within established timeframes and documentation standards. Complete STD/LTD claims evaluation/administrative process (telephone communications, non-determination, denials, approval, medical documentation request letters, etc.) in support of case management process for the assigned account(s).

Requisitos - Requirements
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Nurse, Human Resources or a related field.
• One (1) year experience working experience in medical disability services or similar, knowledgeable of leave regulatory requirements and medical terminology is preferred.
• Knowledge of HRIS and benefits legislation. Knowledge of Disability Management, FMLA and Workers Compensation is a plus. Telephonic customer service experience, preferably in call center setting.
Skills:
• Strong sensitivity and adherence to confidentiality standards.
• Communications should be concise, respectful, professional and polite at all times. Bilingual (oral/written) in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize work.
