Assist the Dean of Chiropractic in the coordination of the clinical preceptorships by coordinating the student’s clinical rotations with the affiliates designated personnel. Assure students comply with all affiliate requisites before the rotation and that they and that they abide to affiliate rules and regulations. Is also responsible for the periodic assessment and evaluations of the student’s competencies. Requires visiting the clinical affiliates to assure students proper participation and assist and assess them in completing the competencies. Director will perform the duties and responsibilities as required in a timely manner; observe safety and hygiene measures as define by the institutions policies; will represent the Program with pride; will behave in a manner so as to not interfere with the affiliate work avoiding unnecessary discussions or improper behavior.
Requisitos - Requirements
Doctor of Chiropractic degree by a recognized academic institution. Doctor of Chiropractic’s Puerto Rico license and/or NCBR. A minimum of five years clinical experience as Chiropractor. A minimum of two years’ experience as an educator in a health related field. Demonstrated ability to serve a diverse population and apply an equity lens to this position including social justice, inclusion and anti-racism. Knowledge Microsoft 365.
