• Understand all of the company's products
• Support for internal and external customers
• Visit Agencies and provide them Service
• Orientation to departments and customers in relation to products
• Recommended available products in order to expand our service
• Support to the Commercial Department in meetings, presentations, events, among others
• Keep the renewal Schedule up to date and follow up
• Uncover new sales opportunities through networking to turn them into long-term partnerships
• Create detailed business plans to make it easier to achieve goals
• Provide training to new agents
• Hiring of new producers, agents and general agencies
• Respond to complaints and resolve any issues in order to achieve customer satisfaction and maintain the reliability of the company
• Negotiate deals and maintain sales records and data
• Responsible for expansion of client portfolio
Requisitos - Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience
* Prior experience working with an Insurance Broker is preferred
* Minimum 2 to 4 years managing care/indemnity sales, client management and/or underwriting experience with solid broker/consultative selling.
* Negotiation and persuasive skills required
* Appropriately licensed is preferred. (OCS: Life, Health Services and/or Disability Licenses)
* Fully bilingual
