• Develop architectural drawings and documents, with emphasis in production and coordination of full sets of construction plans, including zoning feasibility studies, existing conditions documentation, details, schedules, and notes.
• Coordinate project work with colleagues and consultants, make field visits, preparation of specifications, assist in construction administration and client presentations.

Requisitos Requirements
• Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch.) or equivalent.
• Must have a working knowledge of construction detailing, materials and methods, building systems, Puerto Rico zoning resolution, and building code requirements.
• Start Immediately.
You have demonstrated experience in and readiness to lead the technical details of projects.
• Five to ten years’ work experience required.
• Must have good communication skills and ability to work individually and within a team.
• You have the ability to develop, communicate and present design concepts internally and externally.
• You have an excellent working knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures.
• AutoCAD proficiency required. Please do not apply if no AutoCAD experience.
• Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office Suite proficiency is a plus.
